CTET Application Form 2017 :

The Central Board of Secondary Education is going to conduct the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) examination in May 2017. The CTET 2017 notification will release soon. Therefore, all the candidates who are eligible to apply and want to appear in this examination are suggested to fill CTET Application form 2017 for May examination. Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) is a test which is conducted by CBSE every year for recruiting primary teacher for class I-V and Upper primary teacher for class VI-VIII. CTET Feb 2017 Exam will be conducted to fill all the vacant positions in all central schools like KVs/NVs etc. This exam is conducted in two sessions first in morning session for 1st to 5th class and then evening session for class 6th to 8th class. CBSE conducts this exam twice every year at all India level. This exam makes the candidates eligible to appear in different teaching exams like TGT, PGT etc. This is just an eligibility test which is required to be passed by the teacher as a qualification criterion. CTET Feb 2017 Exam Details :

CTET is an eligibility test which is needed to be qualified to apply or appear for different exams TGT, PGT, TET, BTC, NTT. There are no fixed vacancies allotted by CTET as the no. of vacancies are divided into subzone according to the different exams conducted by the government. CTET 2017 Eligibility Criteria :

Applicants who aspire to crack CTET 2017 Eligibility Criteria should satisfy at least one condition from this list of eligibility criteria. Eligibility criteria for class 1st to 5th is different and eligibility criteria for upper primary class teacher for 5th to 8th is different. Let us have a look at the eligibility criteria described below.

Educational Qualifications For class I-V class teacher (any) For class VI- VIII (any)

Must have completed class 12th with at least 50% marks or should have cleared or appearing in final year diploma of elementary education.

OR

Must have at least 50% in 12th or cleared or appearing in final year of diploma in elementary education as per the NCTE Regulations 2002. 

OR

 At least 50% in 12th + appearing or appeared for 4 year graduate degree

OR

At least 50% in 12th + cleared or appearing in final year exam of diploma of education (2 years).

OR

Bachelor's Degree + cleared/appearing in final year of elementary education

Graduation degree + passed or appearing in final year exam of (2 year) diploma elementary education

OR

Graduation degree with 50% at least + passed or appearing in the final year of bachelor's of education

OR

Graduation with 40% + cleared or appearing in final exam of bachelor's of education according to NCTE education

OR

12th class with 50% + cleared or appearing in final year exam of A.Ed/B.sc.Ed/B.A.Ed

OR

Graduation degree with 50% + cleared or appearing in 1 year B.ed program

Age Limit

The minimum age required to apply for CTET 2017 Exam is 18 years and there is no upper age limit i.e. candidates who are 18 and more can apply for this test. The only primary condition is to fulfill the desired educational qualifications required for this exam. Relaxation age will be provided as per the government norms for each reserved category.

CTET Feb 2017 Application Form :

The CTET Fen 2017 Application form has not been released yet. Now, CBSE has decided to conduct the CTET Feb exam in May 2017. Candidates, who want to fill CTET May 2017 online application form in prescribed format by official website of ctet that is ctet.nic.in, will able to apply soon. Candidates may submit the CTET 2017 Online application form before the last date. Notification will release in March 2017, so CTET Online form 2017 will be available after releasing the notification  in the last week of March 2017.

How to Apply for CTET 2017 May Exam?

  • First of all visit the official website of ctet i.e. www.ctet.nic.in
  • Click on apply online
  • Register for CTET, then save this registration number for further process
  • Instructions will be displayed on the screen go through them carefully, CTET 2017 Application Form will appear on the screen.
  • Fill the Online Application with all the particulars
  • Click on next, Upload scanned copies of photographs and signature
  • Now deposit the application fees through Online payment mode like net banking, challan, Debit-card, debit card. Application fees for different categories is stated above.
  • Click on the submit button
  • Take out the hard copy of the application form for future reference

CTET 2017 Application Fee :

The applicant has to pay the following application fees for this test. The Unreserved category i.e. Gen/OBC has to pay Rs.1000 for ( Both I and II paper) and Rs.600 if they want to give (either I or II Paper). The reserved category i.e. SC/ST/PH has to pay Rs. 500 (Both I and II Paper) and Rs. 300 if they want to give (either I or II Paper).

CTET Feb 2017 Syllabus :

CTET Feb 2017 exam paper will be a multiple choice question paper. The duration exam will be two and a half hours and each question will comprise of 1 mark each and there will be no negative marking against wrong answer. Two papers will be conducted first in the morning session for class I-V and then in the evening session for class VI-VIII. The questions will be based on topics like Child development and pedagogy Mathematics and Environmental studies, Social studies and social sciences.

CTET 2017 Selection Procedure :

CTET Selection Procedure 2017: Candidates should know about the proper CTET 2017 Selection process. Therefore, here we have given full description of selection procedure. According to the CTET examination authority department, candidates will be selected as per their performance in the CTET written examination. CTET 2017 Admit Card :

The CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) will be releases the CTET Feb 2017 admit card of in April. Admit card will be released via online mode. It means, candidates will have to download CTET 2017 Admit card via online mode. For downloading the admit card of CTET exam 2017, applicants have to enter their password and registration number and password. The CTET Feb 2017 admit card will be released only for those applicants who have dully filled the online form as well as submitted it within the fixed dates and payment of application fee.

CTET Cut off 2017 :

As we know, the CTET Cutoff marks are the minimum qualifying scores that the applicants will have to score for qualifying the exam. The CTET 2017 qualifying marks is 60 % and above. Candidates securing 60% & above will declare CTET qualified. However, CTET Cut off 2017 marks will be released after the examination with the result. When the CBSE will release the cutoff list, we will provide the CTET Cutoff 2017 Feb exam with the previous year cutoff lists. The Cutoff will be declared by CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education). The CTET Cutoff marks 2017 will depend on the total marks of both the papers. CTET Feb 2017 Result :

The CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) will be declared CTET Feb 2017 Result in May/June (tentatively ). This result will be announced for only those applicants who will score as per the qualifying marks in the CTET 2017 entrance exam. Applicants can check CTET 2017 result by using their DOB (date of birth) and roll number. The CTET 2017 for September examination will be declared in Nov/Dec month.
