As per the latest information, IBPS PO notification has not been revealed yet and the IBPS is expected to release the official IBPS PO 2017 Notification (CWE-VII PO/MT) in August for Probationary Officer and Clerical Cadre. IBPS PO 2017 Eligibility Criteria:

Here we have provided the IBPS PO 2017 Education Qualification, whereby candidates can easily identify that they can fill IBPS PO 2017 application form or not.

Education Qualification: - To fill the application form of IBPS PO Recruitment 2017, Candidates must have passed a graduation OR have a degree of Graduation (in any discipline) from the recognised University of the Indian government. Apart from this, any equivalent qualification which is recognised by the Central Government.

Nationality / Citizenship:

A candidate must be either -

(i) a Citizen of India or

(ii) a subject of Nepal or

(iii) a subject of Bhutan or

(iv) a Tibetan Refugee who came over to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India.

Note: Candidates must have done graduation with minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PWD). Candidates must have a valid mark sheet of their graduation certificate/equivalent qualification certificate.

IBPS PO 2017 Age Limit:

All the candidates, who are eligible and want to apply for IBPS PO 2017 Exam, their age should not be less than 20 years and not more than 30 years. Candidates born between 2nd July 1987 to 1st July 1997 (inclusive both dates) may apply for the recruitment.

IBPS PO 2017 Exam Pattern:

IBPS has decided to extend the previous year strategy to hire the candidates by Two-Phase Written examination, followed by an interview. IBPS PO 2017 Prelims Exam Pattern: -  Prelims exam is the 1st stage for candidates, which conducts online. The IBPS PO Prelims exam consists three sections - English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, and Reasoning. The total 100 questions will be asked in the exam and each question will carry 1 mark. The 1/4 mark will be deducted as negative marking for each wrong answer. The examination authority will allot 1 hour to solve 100 questions.

IBPS PO 2017 Mains Exam Pattern: Mains exam is the 2nd stage for candidates, which will be conducted online. The IBPS PO Mains exam consists five sections - English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, General Awareness, and Computer Knowledge. Total 200 questions will be asked in the exam and each question will carry 1 mark. The 1/4 mark will be deducted as negative marking for each wrong answer. The examination authority will allot 140 Minutes to solve 200 questions.

IBPS PO 2017 Selection Process:

The IBPS PO Exam Selection process based on the Three Phases. First of all, candidates will have to clear in IBPS PO prelims examination. Only those candidates will be shortlisted for Mains examination who will clear Prelims exam with minimum qualifying scores. After Prelims, candidates will have to clear IBPS PO Mains examination otherwise, they will not be selected for Final Interview Round.

  • Online Preliminary Examination: Candidates have to qualify in each of the three tests by securing cut-off marks (sectional as well as overall) to be decided by IBPS. Candidate's adequate number in each category will be shortlisted for Online Main Examination (depends on the requirements).
  • Online Mains Examination: Candidates qualifying the cutoff (sectional as well as overall) will be called for interview.
  • Interview: IBPS PO Interview will be scheduled via Participating Organisations as well as coordinated by the Nodal Bank in each State/ UT with the help of IBPS.

IBPS PO Admit Card 2017:

Applicants who will fill the IBPS PO Online application form, will be able to download admit card for prelims exam in October 2017. The IBPS PO Call letter 2017 will be released before 10 to 15 days of examination. We want to inform that, the IBPS will release the notification regarding admit card on the official website and we will also update you all the relevant information about the IBPS PO Admit card 2017.

IBPS PO Cut off 2017:

The IBPS PO Cut-Off marks are the minimum marks which are required for qualifying the Probationary Officer examination. The IBPS PO cut-off marks 2017 will be released when the IBPS PO final result will be out. This cut-off marks will be depended on the level of exam, the difficulty level, the number of vacancies, and number of candidates appeared for the examination.

IBPS PO Result 2017:

After the completing of Pre-written examination, the IBPS PO 2017 Result will be declared on the official website after one month of examination. When, the two stages are completed, the candidate would be called for the stage III i.e. interview which will be followed by Stage IV i.e. Group Discussion and Interview and the Final result of IBPS PO 2017 will be declared after few months.
