The RBI Office Attendant Recruitment 2017-18 Notification has been released to recruit candidates for 526 Vacancies. The notification has been announced to recruit candidates for 526 Office Attendant vacant posts. The RBI Office Attendant 2017 Application Form submission has been started from 17th November 2017. The Online apply link activated till 7th December 2017. Pay Scale: Selected Candidates will draw a starting basic pay of ₹10940/- per month in the scale of 10940 - 380 (4) -12460 - 440 (3) – 13780 – 520 (3) – 15340 - 690 (2) -16720 – 860 (4) – 20160 – 1180 (3) - 23700 (20 years) and other allowances, viz.; Special Compensatory Allowance, City Compensatory Allowance, Family Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Dearness Allowance, Grade Allowance, etc. as admissible from time to time. At present, initial monthly Gross emoluments for Office Attendants is approximately ₹ 22,339/-

RBI Office Attendant Eligibility Criteria :

Before applying, candidates should ensure that they fulfill the eligibility criteria for the Office Attendant posts in the Reserve Bank of India.

Education Qualification: Candidates who want to apply for RBI Office Attendant Exam 2017-18, must have to pass at least 10th Standard (S.S.C./Matriculation) from the concerned State/UT as on 1st November 2017. If a candidate will clear 10th Standard (S.S.C./Matriculation) after 1st November 2017 then they will not eligible to apply for it.

A candidate in whose case a certificate of eligibility is necessary may be admitted to the examination but the offer of appointment may be given only after the necessary eligibility certificate has been issued to him/her by the Government of India.

Age Limit: Candidate’s minimum age should be 18 years and maximum age should be 25 years as on the 1st November 2017. The Candidates must have been born not earlier than 2nd November 1992 and not later than 1st November 1999. For candidates possessing M.Phil. and Ph.D. qualification, upper age limit will be 32 and 34 years respectively.

RBI Office Attendant Exam Pattern 2018 :

RBI Office Attendant Online Exam Pattern 2018 - The RBI Office Attendant Online exam is the objective type test. Total 120 questions will be asked in the exams from 120 marks. It will conduct for 90 minutes in different shifts. The Paper will consist of General Awareness, English Language, Numerical Ability, and Reasoning.

Each right answer will carry 1 mark and 0.25 mark will be deducted for each wrong answer as negative marking. Candidates will have to clear each subject with minimum qualifying marks. After the online examination candidates will be shortlisted for the Language Proficiency Test (LPT).

Language Proficiency Test (LPT): It will be of Qualifying Type test. The applicants provisionally selected from the On-line Test will have to appear in the LPT. This test will be held in the Official / Local Language of the State concerned.
