SSC CGL or the Combined Graduate Level Examination is conducted by the SSC every year. It is conducted to recruit students in various group B and group C posts. It is held in two stages and those are Tier I and Tier II. CGL Tier I includes Reasoning, English, Quantitative Aptitude, and General Awareness while Tier II includes Quantitative Aptitude and English. How to Prepare Quantitative Aptitude for SSC CGL 2018 Exam?

  • Focus on Basics: During the initial stage of your preparation don’t look for shortcuts, try to learn basics of all the topics in order to solve them. In addition to, the moment you realize you have developed a command over it you can switch to shortcuts or tricks as you’ll be aware of the whole concept so the trick will become easier to understand.
  • Proper Management of Time: Time allotment for every topic is a major factor. Try focusing on all the weak parts or areas and spend more time solving them. While all strong sections should be referred but should not be given ample time. Referring to Quant, then it can be called as the eminent part of SSC CGL Examination. It will also play a deciding factor on the final list. And to master the art, constantly practicing is important.
